Tamilselvi began her career in leather quality control and has worked in leather export and leather goods manufacturing ever since. She holds a PG Diploma in Leather Goods Manufacturing from CLRI, Chennai, and trained in fashion design at Kothari Academy. She leads operations, production and quality.
