Most corporate gifting starts with a number: a per-person budget set by HR, admin or the leadership team. The right leather gift at that number is used every day, carries your logo for years and reflects well on your company. Here is what each budget range buys in genuine leather, based on prices in the POZA 2026 catalogue.

Start with the real per-piece budget

Your per-piece budget should cover three things: the product, the logo branding and the gift packaging. Blind debossing and foil add little to the cost, while metal logo plates and rigid gift boxes add more. Ask for a quote that shows all three, plus GST and delivery, so you compare suppliers on the same basis.

One good piece or a gift set?

A gift set, such as a wallet, belt and key chain in a fitted box, feels generous and is easy to hand over at an event. A single larger piece, such as a laptop bag, is used daily and keeps your logo in view for longer.

For mixed teams, many companies choose a gift set for most people and a single premium piece for senior leaders, both in the same leather and colour, so the gifting looks planned rather than pieced together.

Choose for use, not for the cupboard

  • Think about the recipient’s day. Field teams use backpacks and pouches. Office teams use laptop sleeves, folders and wallets. Frequent travellers use passport covers and duffle bags.
  • Pick neutral colours for large groups. Black, brown and tan suit almost everyone. Richer colours work well for women’s clutches and totes.
  • Keep the branding discreet. A small blind-debossed logo looks premium and gets used. A large printed logo often stays in a drawer.

Plan the quantity and the date

POZA’s minimum order is 50 pieces per design. If your list mixes many products, each design needs 50 pieces, so it often makes sense to settle on two or three products rather than many.

Share your event or distribution date with the enquiry. Every order goes through a digital mock-up and a physical sample before bulk production, and we confirm the schedule in writing with the quote.
